Cryopak Introduces New Temperature Mapping Services

Montreal, QC (March 9th, 2018) – Cryopak has announced the expansion of its cold chain services portfolio, with the addition of temperature mapping studies. Required by regulatory agencies across the world, this new service will allow the company’s clients to protect their products by identifying potential environmental control problems before products are affected. Cryopak’s team of compliance experts will assist clients with all their regulatory needs.

A temperature mapping study consists of monitoring the environmental conditions of a storage space at a regular interval for 7 days. Following a comprehensive 3-step approach, Cryopak makes this daunting exercise an easy task by assisting its clients throughout every step, and helping to determine the optimal time to map the facilities. Using a 3-dimensional pattern to install the data loggers used in the study, Cryopak’s method will effectively grasp the temperature distribution pattern of any storage facility.

“The goal behind this service is to provide our clients with a comprehensive, accurate report of their temperature distribution,” said Brent Begley, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “This cold chain service has already proven itself valuable by allowing our clients to optimize their resources and satisfy the most demanding regulations,” he added.

These temperature mapping studies are conducted using Cryopak’s tiny, yet reliable iMini USB PDF data loggers. This plug-and-play tool accurately captures the necessary data, and presents the information in an easily readable report available in PDF, Excel and text file formats.
